Booking notifications

View as Markdown

The moment a customer books, a confirmation email lands in their inbox with all the details. Customers show up sure of their slot, and your front desk stops fielding "did my booking go through?" calls.

An instant confirmation for every booking.

What gets sent

As soon as checkout clears, the customer receives a confirmation with:

  • The court and date/time they booked.
  • The amount paid.
  • Everything they need to show up ready.
