Credits are pre-paid booking hours customers can redeem at checkout. You can grant them manually or sell them in bundles, and restrict where and when they apply using your rate labels.
Start by labeling your time frames with specific labels, like Peak and Standard. These labels are what you'll use to restrict credits to certain times. You set them up alongside your custom rates.

There are two ways customers can earn hourly booking credits.
Manual grants
With the label-based credit system, admins can grant specific hourly credits to customers when they choose to. For example, an admin can grant a 1-hour credit for pickleball courts only (not tennis) that can only be applied during standard or non-peak hours.
To do so:
- Find your customer.
- Click on the Credit tab.
- (Optional) Select the court type. If you don't select one, the customer can use their credits at all court types.
- (Optional) Select the labels to restrict the timeframes. If you don't select any, the customer can book anytime within the court type.

Purchase from credit bundles
Facilities can sell promotional credit bundles restricted to certain times of day, like weekdays only. Configure any time window by creating different labels for different time frames.
- Go to the Offers page.
- Click on the Bundles tab.
- Click Add Bundle.
- Select the timeframe labels and add them to Credit Time Restrictions.
