Create any event once and let it run on repeat. Players sign up and pay online, and your calendar fills itself, no phone tag, no manual rosters.
Use cases:
- Recurring classes: weekly lessons and clinics that rebook themselves.
- Tournaments: entry fees and sign-ups handled online.
- Round robin events, open play, league nights, mixers, and more: fill your off-peak hours.
Create an event
- In the sidebar, open Events → Calendar.
- Click Create Event.
- Set the date and time, and whether it repeats (for recurring classes and league nights).
- Set the price, you can charge members and non-members differently (for example $20 general entry, $15 for members).
- Publish it, and the event appears on your booking site for customers to join.
This is what customers will see on your public booking page.

Repeating sessions vs. multi-session packages
Repeating sessions and multi-session packages are essentially the same thing. The main difference is when the customer pays.
Repeating sessions
The normal repeating events you would expect.
- Customers sign up and pay for each repeating session on the calendar.
- They choose which dates they want, attending some and skipping others.
- Best for a recurring social event every Friday morning, where customers decide whether to pay for and attend a specific Friday.
Multi-session packages
Customers pay upfront and are automatically signed up for all of the following repeating sessions.
- One payment enrolls the customer in every session in the package.
- Customers do not have to keep paying for each event date.
- Best for a tournament with a single entry fee, or a pickleball group class that costs $200 and includes 5 sessions (pay once, enrolled in all 5).
