Custom rates

View as Markdown

Not every hour is worth the same. Custom rates let you charge more when demand is high, less when courts sit empty, and special prices for members - all automatically, based on when and who is booking. You can also tie credits to specific intervals. For example, credits valid on weekdays only, or only during non-peak hours.

Three main types of configurations

  • Hourly rate prices: set what each hour costs across peak and off-peak times, with separate pricing groups per court so tennis, pickleball, and simulators can each have their own rates.
  • Membership-only times: reserve certain windows for members.
  • Credit timeframe restrictions: limit when credits can be redeemed, like weekdays only or non-peak hours.

Hourly rate prices

Set what each hour costs across peak and off-peak times. You can create separate pricing groups per court, so tennis, pickleball, and simulators can each have their own rates.

Membership-only times

Reserve certain windows for members. These rates never show to the public, so members get exclusive access to specific hours as a perk of joining.

Use cases:

Credit timeframe restrictions

Limit when credits can be redeemed, like weekdays only or non-peak hours. This lets you offer credit packages that fill quieter times without giving away your busiest, most valuable slots.
